About Beacon Meadows

Beacon Meadows Subdivision is located North off North Territorial Rd just west of Sheldon Rd.  Beacon Meadows was established in 1987 but, development took place in the late 1980's and early 1990's.  The subdivision is comprised of 75 beautiful custom built homes and at one time was considered Plymouth's premier subdivision.

The homes within are colonial, cape cod and ranch style homes. All which of have brick & wood exteriors, 3 + car garages, 4-5 bedrooms,  3.5 + bathrooms and basements (some walkout, some regular basements). Square footage of the colonial and cape cod homes range from 3500 - 5800 square ft. Square footage of the ranches range from 2300 - 2700 square ft.

There is one pond over which approx. 8 homes overlook.  There is a commons area down adjacent to the pond.

The subdivision consists of two streets and four courts.  Covington Rd. & Westbrook Rd. form an approx. .7 mile loop within the sub. The 4 small courts extending from them are named Buckingham Ct., Canterbury Ct., Berkshire Ct. and Cranbrook Ct.
